Miskomunikasi Dalam Pembelajaran Di Era Pandemi
Abstract
Pandemi COVID-19 memungkinkan siswa belajar dan guru mengajar dari rumah. Guru harus mempunyai cara untuk menyadur materi pembelajaran agar siswa menerimanya dengan teknik yang tepat. Studi tentang pembelajaran dimasa pandemic memperlihatkan dua kecendurungan umum. 1). Studi yang ada melihat guru sebagai sumber stress bagi siswa pada masa pandemic 2).Kedua studi yang menekankan keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses belajar siswa sebagai penganti guru. Tujuan tulisan ini guna menjawab persoalan miscomunikasi dalam pembelajaran dimasa pandemic antara guru dan siswa. Informan penelitian terdiri dari guru, siswa, orang tua dan satpam, dua jenis data digunakan yaitu primer dan sekunder. Partisipasi penelitian dipilih berdasarkan kriteria pengalaman langsung dengan peristiwa dan kesediaan.3 tahapan antara lain ;1) Tahapan persiapan, 2). Pengumpulan data dan analisis data. hasil dan kesimpulan Penelitian yang ditujukan untuk menganalisis masalah miskomunikasi guru dalam mengajar yang berlangsung selama masa pandemic. kelemahan guru 1)komitmenya lemah,2) Kedua kelemahan menjalankan tugas 3) lemahnya lembaga pendidikan.akhirnya professional diragukan, kurang peduli. penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sebelum pandemic dan sesudah memiliki perbedaan. Bahwa sebelum ada lebih baik ketimbang pandemic, sehingga perlu kegiatan kegiatan seperi worshop, kerjasama pihak-pihak terkait, serta sekolah memberi fasilitas untuk guru dan siswa
